Jason Zins
Jason brings 12+ years of private markets expertise and a proven track record deploying over $450M in private technology deals. As former Partner and Portfolio Manager at SkyBridge Capital, he built and led a successful venture and growth equity practice, developing institutional-grade processes for sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management. Prior experience at First Trust and Bloomberg provided deep operational knowledge of capital markets, structured transactions, and complex deal execution. Jason holds a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.
Brent Gerundo
Brent served four years as a logistician in U.S. Army Special Operations, completing multiple deployments to the Middle East in support of the Syria Train & Equip mission. Following his military service, he worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in the Global Industrials Group, where he covered Aerospace & Defense. He has over five years of senior operating experience leading business operations at venture-backed technology startups and has collectively raised $110M in venture capital. Brent holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in International Studies from The Ohio State University.
